We are currently in OUTBREAK mode.
We are happy to tell you that this does not mean we are on “lockdown” and you are still welcome to visit with your loved one in our facility. Here is a brief breakdown of what this means for our facility currently.

We require all visitors to wear masks.

Visitors should not be anywhere in the building except in the resident’s room or outside.

Visitors should not be wandering halls, visiting therapy, etc.

We are still serving meals in the common areas, but encouraging social distancing.
Activities will continue while maintaining social distance and masks will be encouraged to be worn.
All residents are asked to wear masks outside of their room when possible.
All residents will continue to be tested according to regular protocol.

All staff will be required to test once a week
regardless of vaccination status POC/PCR.
They will all be wearing PPE while working and encouraged to be mindful of their surroundings while out and about outside of the workplace.
We need to be diligent in doing all we can as staff, family members, and as a community to prevent the spread of COVID-19. As a whole, we can help protect the vulnerable population that we take care of here at Meridian Meadows Assisted Living.
